When choosing a contractor to work for you there are many questions that you should ask.

Such as

   1.  Are they licensed and registered with the state?

   2.  Do they have insurance?

   3.  Are their subcontractors also licensed, registered and insured?

   4.  Are their Project managers qualified.

   5.  How many projects like your own have they completed in the last year?

   6.  How long have they been in business?

   7.  Will your project require a permit? 

   8.  Is a written contract signed?

    2.  KACI carries liability insurance and workers compensation to protect us and our clients.

    3.  All our subcontractors are licensed, registered and insured and KACI is listed as additionally insured on their insurance. 

    4.  All are Project Managers are highly qualified and are knowledgable in their field.  All our workers are supervised by a Project Manager.

    5.  Our projects range from small repair work to Custom Homes.  If you would like to know about specific projects like yours we would be happy to give you references.

     6.  KACI has been in business for over 30 years and many of our projects our by refferals from previous clients.

     7.  Permits are required for almost any job we do even replacing windows.  KACI obtains the required permits for the job.

     8.  A written contract is signed for all of our projects.  Included in the contract is start and end dates for the project and the proposal amount.
