Absolutely fantastic contractor group!!!  We had a dream to build, and KACI worked with us to make it real.  Each and every one of the people building our new home took a personal interest in working with us which was greatly appreciated. There are not enough good words to describe the whole group's extreme professionalism, craftsman skill, and product knowledge from the inside out.  From start to finish, it was a wonderful and exciting experience.  We readily recommend them!

    KACI is a great company!  Building our house was an enjoyable experience.  We knew we could trust KACI to be honest and help us make decisions that kept us in our budget.  It's hard to know which contractor to choose.  We're so glad we chose KACI.  Everything went great and the house is even better than we had hoped.

     We have been working with KACI since 2003 when they built a deck and replaced a picture window for us.  We were so impressed with their honesty, craftsmanship, and professionalism that we contracted with them to build us a detached garage and to remodel our basement.   In addition, as a general contractor, they managed the construction of a pole-building for us.  They warranteed the work of the subcontractors on that job and were just as helpful, responsive, and professional working with the subcontractor as they were when doing their own work. They continue to excel at every aspect of contracting --from working with us patiently while we go through the design and bidding process, to following up after construction has finished.  We have several more projects pending with KACI because they work hard to make sure we are happy with their work and that everything is being done to our satisfaction.  I cannot say enough about how pleased we have been with the individuals involved in our jobs.  We know that every experience with them will be a professional and positive one.

    I would like to express to the owners and employees of KACI my gratitude for the wonderful and timely job with my house this summer of replacing bathroom fixtures and gutting the kitchen, bringing it up to date from the 70's to the now and bringing plumbing and electric up to code.  I love the new Tuscany look and feel to the computer desk and computer center as well as the rest of the kitchen.  Each owner and professional worker could not have been better in my eyes. Each went about their work with confidence and experience along with allowing me to sometimes watch and visit. Each came to perform his own skill,  When finished to move on to another work site returning for the next step here.  It was art in motion.
Personally I loved each one and am glad to see them when off the job even.  A wonderful group of sellected men who's commitment is to care for the customers wants and needs.
I am recommending to everyone who asked about my kitchen and some who don't..:)

    It is said that the process of building a new home is very stressful. It is true that many decisions will need to be made and unexpected problems may occur, but our experience with KACI has shown us that building a new home is also fun and satisfying. When we were investigating potential builders, someone I have known for many years that had KACI remodel a home for them told me “ KACI  is honest, will do a good job, will do what they say they will do, and will deliver it on time”. We found that all to be true. All of the people that we worked with were polite and helpful. If we had questions, they took the time to answer them. The work site was kept clean and picked up. When the house was completed, it was also vacuumed, swept and the windows washed! Everyone tried to help us in so many ways so that we would have a home that we would enjoy for years to come. We would highly recommend KACI to anyone considering a building project, because of their quality workmanship, excellent service and their ability to take a stressful situation and make it fun.
