Spec Homes:  Every once in a while K.A.C.I. builds a spec house with both quality, functionality and affordability in mind.    None are available at this time.

Commercial Remodels:  Our range of projects do not stop at residential, as our company grows we have taken on more and more commercial remodels.  From Offices to Retail we can help you get the look you want and the function you need to keep your business perfoming at its best.

Additions:  If your family is growing or you just need that extra space but would like to stay in your current home, then consider an addition.  Whether it’s an older home or a new one we can match your existing home’s finishes to preserve the integrity of your home.

Remodels:  Remodels can be as simple as updating a bathroom to as complex as changing the floor plan of your home.  We will work with you to get the look you want while maintaining the structure of the house.
