In 1978, George Kunkle founded GR Kunkle Construction in Pullman, WA. The business was then incorporated into Kunkle & Associates Construction Inc. in 1995 and is known today as K.A.C.I. General Contractor. George was a former President of the Whitman County Builders Association and gives back to the county through high-quality general construction services that customers can depend on.
George has surrounded himself with a knowledgeable and caring team of contractors. Our staff is
experienced and skilled in both residential and commercial work. It’s our goal to leave every single

George Kunkle is the Owner and President of K.A.C.I. and has over 40 years of construction experience. George primarily estimates and manages commercial work and new home construction. He specializes in networking with designers, owners and public agencies to create a final product that fulfills the needs of our clients. Having started in the industry hands on, George is familiar with hard work and the commitment level required to achieve success. George graduated with a B.S. in Political Science from Washington State University.
Tim Davison is our Vice President at K.A.C.I. and has been with the company since 1991. Tim estimates and schedules both residential and commercial remodel projects. As a field manager, he supervises the construction crew, subcontractors, purchases materials and monitors all areas of the project to ensure quality of work. Tim also has experience in cabinet construction, tile installation, drywall repair and painting, finish carpentry and window and door replacement. He is a member of the Pullman Chamber of Commerce and graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in Interior Design.
Rob Kunkle has been with the company since 2006 and is responsible for estimates and managing both residential and commercial work. He believes in relationship-oriented management and emphasizing the needs and desired project functions of the client. Rob works with our owners, designers, building officials, construction crew and subcontractors to complete a high-quality project. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.

FIELD PROJECT MANAGER
Sean Dorigo joined K.A.C.I. in 2001. He completes estimates and manages residential, commercial and public works projects. As an estimator and project manager, he is directly responsible for the estimating, design, daily production goals, scheduling and purchasing for a job. Sean believes in a customer service based management style and works with the owners, designers and public agencies to ensure a high-quality product. Sean is also responsible for the development and implementation of our safety program. He is OSHA 30-hour certified and graduated from the College of Art & Architecture at the University of Idaho. When he’s not at K.A.C.I., Rob serves as a Moscow, Idaho Elks Lodge Officer.
Daisy Blanchard has been with the company since 2006. Daisy assists K.A.C.I. with estimation as well as project and subcontractor contracts and documents. She also helps with accounts payable, payroll and oversees daily office procedures.
Toby Johnson has been a part of our team since 2011. Toby estimates and manages small and large residential and commercial projects. As a field manager, he supervises the construction crew, subcontractors, purchases materials and monitors all areas of the project to ensure quality of work. Toby received his Associates in Computer Aid Drafting and is OSHA 10-hour certified.

Armand joined K.A.C.I. in 2011 but has over 25 years of construction experience. Armand estimates and manages small residential and commercial projects As a field manager, he supervises the construction crew, subcontractors, purchases materials and monitors all areas of the project to ensure quality of work.
Sean Davison has over 10 years of painting and construction experience and has been with K.A.C.I. for just as long. Sean is experienced in interior and exterior painting, drywall, tile installation, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and more. He enjoys working with customers on their projects from the design phase all the way through to completion.
